A Glimpse at Capitalism

In older days, economists gave the idea of trickle down economy of the civilization. It was from the rich that money trickled down to the lower classes and the lowest classes received the least of this trickle. To better understand this, we can take a man from the middle economic section, who when comes around a lot of money, will buy lands that he will not utilize all for his residence but will employ those lands to get fruits, vegetables, grains and even get a pond dug to breed fishes. That will invite a lot of employment for the poor people who will maintain those. Also, he will from time to time have dinner parties in which he will invite a lot of people (richer people used to have more guests than the others.) These parties will also need buying of resources from the vendors around that shall see a surge in their sale. He shall also have drivers and cleaners for his automobiles and everyone around from the lower economic section are going to benefit from his wealth, whether it is a barber or a mechanic or plumber or even a construction labourer. The lower section will further engage in a similar pattern of economic exchange with their lower section.

Now, with the passage of time, the rich wanted to keep all the wealth for themselves, thus they leveraged a system. A new economic system that we know now as capitalism. They made this scheme so that no matter who earns the money below them, it shall go back to the economic elite. The trickle down economy concept was changed into money from all the classes, gets sucked up to the rich. And the best way to do that was through the establishment of corporations. Let us see that with the example of a middle class man, who wanted to get rich moved to a job in the corporate. Now he earns money from the employment of the rich and lives in an overpriced apartments owned by the rich, buys his groceries from a corporate, sends his children to a very overpriced schools of the rich and nomatter how much money he earns, it is never enough, since it is all spent in buying the basic things at much higher prices, as set by the rich. From commute to the shopping, he is lured into buying very expensive materials with very little intrinsic value. He also is forced to live a very unhealthy lifestyle which invites health issues for which he gets overburdened with the insanely expensive medical bills. This is a loop and rarely does a person trapped manages to ever come out of it.

You might ask, why do they do this willingly? Because an idea of a materialistic world is fetched to them day and night. And an imaginary value is painted for something that isn’t worth anything by utilizing building public perception which is built through marketing.

Some call this progress. For most, it’s a trap.

This leaves us from the system that has different economic classes to now the rich, the poor and the exploited.

A Conversation on the Human Condition.

The following is a conversation between me and ChatGPT. It began with a question about how human beings approach life, and ended somewhere I wasn't expecting.

Ripples of a Singular Love

It has often been contemplated that the deepest emotions are not meant to remain confined. They extend outward in ripples, influencing everything and everyone in ways beyond anticipation. The following words attempt to capture this phenomenon—a reflection on how a singular and focused love can transform the world around it. People shall see and experience the derivative of my love for my Beloved, upon them. They shall understand what they know not through peace, calm, and cool warmth-my uncontainable compassion that will reflect upon them. These are emotions that will render them powerless, and yet will give them strength and confidence within an infinite pool of contemplation, perpetual effort, and awakened consciousness. These are emotions that extend much beyond the physical construct of life, transform the spiritual being, and beautify existence.
